The HFi provides a Housing Accelerator Masterclass programme to drive and improve excellence in a supportive workshop setting.

The Masterclass programme has half day seminars and accelerator workshops for councils and for businesses. These masterclasses are hosted by the Institute at their London offices and provide an opportunity to develop and hone housing business ready skills and delivered with experts from councils and industry.

Driving delivery through data excellence Masterclass: understanding and effectively monitoring housing based data. Do you have the right KPIs and KRIs to monitor and drive delivery? Do you know what the data says and what it doesn't say - are you reading the right things in the right way? 

Show Me the Money Masterclass: what type of public and private works for what type of housing venture, explore how others manage to get the numbers to work and unlock viability challenges.

Influencing and Impact Masterclass: raising your voice and changing policy into practice, learn how to shape and frame policy discussions, develop achievable policy goals, and get results

Let's Accelerate Delivery - The Speed Deals Masterclass: for those with real time opportunities to develop - book your place, work up your site list, test business and investor appetite, improve your deal capability and make new connections

The Art of the Impossible Masterclass: how is it that some people can get deals done, keep sites unstalled, increase absorption rates and attract new business. This is a masterclass to hear from those who do, and to understand how to apply tools and resources to make the impossible, possible.
