The Housing & Finance Institute Business Breakfasts are an institution of the institute!

These bi-monthly events in central London have proved hugely popular. They are a great way to keep up with what's happening in the housing & finance world, catching up with old contacts and meeting new people and organisations.

The HFi Business Breakfasts have secured major speakers such as Melanie Dawes, the Permanent Secretary at the Department of Communities & Local Government, Natalie Elphicke and Keith House of the Elphicke-House Report, as well as the Government's Housing & Planning Minister.

With presentations and contributions from major businesses and leading professionals, from developers to housebuilders, district, county and unitary councils, and from banks to institutional investors, you'll always find out something new. It's a business breakfast not to be missed.

The HFi Business Breakfast takes place between 8:30am and 10am. The season dates for 2017/18 have been set as follows:

Wednesday 27 September 2017
Wednesday 29 November 2017
Wednesday 7 Feb 2018
Wednesday 4 April 2018
Wednesday 6 June 2018.

Attendance is free for HFi breakfast club members, for HFi associate and gold members and for HFi board members, fellows and staff. The HFi Business Breakfast members take part in our long running Housing Sentiment survey which explores the current business sentiment around housing policy and delivery priorities.
